The bald guy wearing the black vest is openly gay presidential candidate T. David Franklin; he is dancing with Anthony Anderson, the two of them decided to start dancing, "to get the party going" later the entire dance floor was jammed packed with hot gay men. This video was taped at the Volcano Party in Waikiki, Hawaii in 2002.
